Discover a new gem on this year's garden tour! This enchanting garden features a formal front yard with a brick patio, beautifully complemented by California native plantings. A charming brick path guides you to the backyard, where Mediterranean and native garden influences come together in harmony.

Relax in an informal seating area by the fire pit, surrounded by lush, overgrown plants that create a cozy, secluded atmosphere. As you stroll further, you'll find more formal seating adorned with elegant teak and Polywood, set against a backdrop of delightful cottage plantings.

Keep an eye out for playful bunnies and serene water features along the way. A pass through the pool area leads to a spiral staircase, bringing you to the upper level, where 45-year-old trees stand tall on one side, while lavender and succulents thrive on the other.

Don't miss the hidden patio up top—a perfect spot for a peaceful nap or a moment of tranquility amidst the beauty that surrounds you.
