After having the dried-out lawn removed and replaced with an array of drought tolerant foliage, the owner of this property found the selection to be a bit – boring.   The last few years have been spent replacing these average plants with their more exotic succulent cousins.  Cut to today and this is garden is anything but boring and is instead filled with succulents that you may have never seen before.  “The more unusual the better”, is the way this gardener looks at it.  There is even a little pocket in this fabric of summer dry- the entryway that houses a water feature and traditionally indoor plants that lend this area a tropical feel.  This entire garden has definitely gone through a total transformation.
