It is very much an outdoor living, participating, and experiencing yard.

This landscape was designed and created 2-3 years ago from a very old/ugly hybrid-bermuda & white crushed gravel front yard and a completely dead-zone backyard. It is very much an outdoor living, participating, and experiencing yard.

The landscape is a Certified Natural Habitat, an urban garden and water-wise. It has a very eclectic mix of three different water features including a crystal clear deep pond with koi, high-fin sharks, grass frogs & bull frogs, and dragonflies.

A meandering pond-less waterfall and stream take up the whole front yard and throughout the day this is where you can see everything from hummingbirds to finches to crows drinking and bathing. Dogs even enjoy a drink here on their evening walks.

There are different fruit trees, two vegetable gardens, many uncommon bromeliads, and tons of bulbs in most of the beds that emerge throughout the year. There are three different seating areas for morning, afternoon, and evening relaxation where you can just drift away. Every inch of this yard is utilized.
